Because of the intimacy of our space, classes from 3 - 18 people, you will never get lost in the crowd. Our instructors our highly skilled at looking out for your safety AND to be sure you get the results you came for. No, there is no back row to hide in, but be assured we coach you to your ability and be sure you have a great time!
