Introducing move! WELL, a new offering from MOVE! designed for the active older adult. You will work on a building a strong healthy foundation of strength, flexibility and stamina. Easy-to-follow exercises will promote better posture and balance, stronger bones and injury prevention. Plus, you'll be in a small group class setting so you'll get the personal attention you need to ensure you are working safely and effectively. |
